Jayden Carr, Special Assistant
Jayden Carr is a consultant, coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to promoting positivity, helping others achieve and maintain self-actualization, and providing equitable opportunities for all, especially those in underrepresented populations. Jayden is driven by the belief that with education and support, everyone can achieve their highest potential and speaks and presents to high-school and college students on strategies to become self-actualized.
Jayden is currently enrolled at iPEC Coaching where he is completing the program to become a certified life coach. Upon completing this program, Jayden will be certified as a Professional Coach and earn certifications in Energy Leadership: Index Master Practitioner and COR.E Dynamics.
Jayden co-authored the training curriculum “Responding to Intersectional Stigmatization. Strategies for Health Professionals.” He implements this training to several businesses and organizations in the healthcare field. Jayden has expertise on recognizing intersectional stigmatization and designing strategies to reduce it in all forms. As a mental health advocate, Jayden is also the Director of Strategic Operations for “Mental Health Apparel”. “Mental Health Apparel” is a clothing company dedicated to spreading awareness on the importance of mental health. Additionally, Jayden is a facilitator for the non-profit organization “Teach to Unite”.
Jayden graduated from Delaware State University in May of 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Psychology with Summa Cum Laude honors. At Delaware State University, Jayden served as the Student Representative on the College Level Curriculum Committee of the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences and on Chair’s Student Chair Circle for the Board of Trustees. Jayden is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In addition to attaining this degree, Jayden is also pursuing professional graduate certificates in Organizational Consulting and Training and Talent Development.
Jayden is a member of Blacks in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated and Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology, The National Society of Leadership and Success, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and The National Technical Honor Society.
Terrence Dickenson, CCDP/AP, Senior Associate
Terrence is a results-oriented Human Resource consultant and strategist with performance capabilities in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Staffing/Recruiting, and Training/Facilitation within start-ups, private, and Fortune 500 organizations. Through his experiences, Terrence has been able to take complex situations, and uniquely integrate simple solutions to achieve and deliver optimal results. Terrence is valued for his ability to integrate diverse personalities and inputs to achieve and deliver meaningful outcomes. He believes that serving and pouring into others is the ultimate act of giving back what has been purposed in his heart.
Terrence’s professional experience includes developing and leading Global Diversity Mentoring Programs, creating and implementing DEI initiatives and strategies, and designing process improvement strategies. He has also been instrumental in facilitating team performance sessions across multiple functions and business units. Terrence is Principal of TRI*Success Solutions and partners with GWA on strategic client initiatives.
Terrence received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, with a Minor in Corporate Communication from Castleton State University in Vermont. He has a Professional Certificate in Training and Employee Development from the University of Delaware, and a Training Certificate from the American Society of Training and Development. In addition, he completed the Diversity Management Program through Cornell, and received his CCDP/AP (Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner and has been trained as a Certified Team Performance Practitioner utilizing the Drexler Sibbet Performance Model.
Outside of business, Terrence enjoys spending time with his family, and helping others identify and connect to their passion. He is a Board Member for Fisher Transitional Services (FTS), has worked closely with the Men and Youth Ministries in his church, has trained High School Students on Basic Entrepreneurship, and has been an advisor to countless people throughout various phases of their career journey.
Catalina J. Natalini, Associate
Catalina J. Natalini is the owner of Lingua Franca and has been providing interpreting and translating services to a variety of small and medium sized businesses, public schools and the courts since 2006. Her expertise is in the areas of education, business, medical and legal interpreting and translating, and in the language pair Spanish-English but services in other language combinations are also provided upon request.
Ms. Natalini has been an Associate Professor at La Salle University in the Certificate in Translation and Interpretation since 2006 and has been involved in syllabus development and design as well. Ms. Natalini was appointed as the Delaware State Representative for the International Medical Interpreters Association in 2012.
Ms. Natalini has been a guest speaker on interpretation at the National Association of Judicial Educators Conference in Philadelphia, PA. (2008). She presented as a panelist on interpreter ethics at the Third East Coast Regional Conference, Translator and Interpreter Development, in Philadelphia, PA. (2009). And she also participated as a speaker in the Education Program, The Language of Justice, organized by Widener University School of law, Legal Institute and the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission on Gender, Racial & Ethnic Fairness. From 2008 to 2012, she sat as a member of the State of Delaware Court Interpreter Advisory Board which oversees compliance with provision of interpreting and translating services in the courts, as well as the certification of court interpreters in the State of Delaware.
Ms. Natalini holds a Master’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and a Certification in Court Interpreting in the language pair English-Spanish. She is a member of the American Translators Association (ATA), the Delaware Valley Translators Association (DVTA), the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC), and the International Medical Interpreters Association (IMIA) where she actively participates in the Terminology Committee and the Trainers Division.
Bonnie Miller, Associate
Bonnie Miller is a seasoned learning & organizational development professional who practices mindful leadership. Bonnie’s mission is to make a positive impact and cut through the gibberish that prevents organizations and employees from getting things done. Bonnie’s association with GWA began in 1999 and she continues to contribute and grow along with GWA’s core service areas.
Bonnie’s experience spans more than 25 years. She recently worked at UCLA Events & Transportation managing the Training & Organizational Development unit where she led not only leadership and management development programs, goal alignment and cultural change, but helped to increase capacity in response to business expansion.
Bonnie has worked in a diverse range of organizations such as healthcare, state government and higher education. Bonnie prides herself as a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit. Bonnie’s value for building relationships (through presentations, coaching, planning, leadership development, cultural awareness, etc.) is the key to exceeding expectations.
Bonnie earned her master’s degree in Training & Organizational Development from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She is also a proud graduate of the University of Delaware and supporter of Blue Hen athletics.
Bonnie loves all Philadelphia sports teams and in her spare time attends games, practices meditation, Chinese Medical Qigong and Pilates.
Mary M. Perkins, M.Ed.
Mary Perkins brings more than 20 years of experience to Goeins-Williams Associates, Inc. as a national consultant and educator on quality management and person-centered care. Ms. Perkins is experienced in training, conference presentation, organizational development, meeting facilitation and working with large groups facilitating change in workplace environments. She has worked within large corporations, small non-profit organizations, universities, hospitals, and government agencies.
She has experience designing, developing and implementing programs for a wide variety of workplace environments. As a masters’ level trained educator, she brings a strong background in adult development and adult education theory. Ms. Perkins has worked with GWA on several meeting facilitation, national conference and focus group projects with the State of Delaware Department of Education, the Division of Public Health and a national Foundation. Ms. Perkins’ skill and knowledge provide additional support to GWA’s clients.
As the founder and current partner of Wesmar Associates, Lewes DE she has worked with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, the University of Delaware and Delaware Technical & Community College – Terry Campus. Her most recent experience was as a VP of Quality at Genesis Healthcare Inc. Her experience with disability provider organizations and more recently with the eldercare field provides a rich background for information and understanding of workplace development issues and environments and organizational processes. Additionally, she has served as a a corporate staff development manager and a compliance officer for the Federal District Court.
Ms. Perkins holds a B.A. in Education from University of St. Joseph in Connecticut and a M.Ed. from Temple University.
